Matt Matthews has assumed the role of chief delivery officer at Client Solution Architects. The Virginia-based IT solutions provider said Wednesday that Matthews will be responsible for delivery operations and ensuring that CSA is well-positioned to address national security challenges.

“Matt’s proven experience, forward-thinking vision and commitment to mission success will undoubtedly drive CSA toward new achievements,” commented company CEO Amy Bleken.

Who is CSA’s Delivery Chief?

Matthews brings to the role over 25 years of experience in the government contracting industry. He joined CSA in 2021 as vice president of the company’s Army and Other Agencies business unit. In the role, he led the business unit’s operations and oversaw its training services for defense and national security customers.

Prior to CSA, the executive was at digital transformation consulting firm Capstone for over six years. During his time at Capstone, Matthews was in charge of program management and business development activities to support joint, service and combatant command customers. CSA acquired Capstone in 2021.

Matthews also worked as a program manager and capture manager at Science Applications International Corp. and was a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and a master’s in war studies at King’s College London.
