Rob Bocek Named Virtualitics Chief Revenue Officer

Artificial intelligence platform provider Virtualitics has promoted Rob Bocek, a defense technology industry veteran, to chief revenue officer.

The Pasadena, California-based company said Thursday Bocek will drive AI innovation across federal and global markets, strengthen partnerships and help scale platforms that support customers’ missions.

“Rob’s leadership, mission-first mindset, and deep understanding of both defense operations and complex AI solutions make him the right leader at the right time to take Virtualitics to the next level,” said Michael Amori, CEO and co-founder of Virtualitics.

“He has already delivered a measurable impact, and we’re excited for what’s ahead under his leadership,” added Amori.

Rob Bocek’s Career Highlights

Bocek most recently served as president of public sector and go-to-market leader at Virtualitics, where he led initiatives providing AI platforms for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Special Operations Command and other national security agencies.

Since joining Virtualitics in 2023, he has played a role in scaling the company’s Integrated Readiness Optimization product suite and securing four Phase III Small Business Innovation Research contracts.

Before Virtualitics, the U.S. Naval Academy graduate led multiple defense tech startups, including Enveil and Epirus.

Bocek spent nearly seven years at Microsoft, where he served as senior sales director for the defense industrial base and federal system integrators business unit.

He served as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer and held various tactical leadership positions during his deployment to four consecutive combat tours in support of national directives.
